A secure mobile storage unit will then be delivered to your door, at your convenience. All you have to do is load the mobile storage container and lock it for peace of mind that your belongings are secure! To protect your treasured possessions, boxes and packing materials are available to purchase. Parker International will collect the self storage unit at the agreed time and store it safely in our custom bonded warehouse. With our packing service you can save even more time and effort, as we will pack on your behalf!
Unlimited free access to your belongings couldn’t be easier. Simply phone or Email us with 24 hours notice to arrange your visit. We will place your mobile storage unit in our spacious reception area, as for reasons of security and confidentiality; access to our main bonded warehouse is not permitted. To make life easier, you can reverse up to this area to load and unload your mobile storage container and trolleys are provided for the safe movement of heavy items.

Packing Advice
- Use plastic or strong cardboard boxes.
- Label or number boxes for ease of locating your possessions and mark fragile as appropriate.
- Keep an inventory of your stored items and their box label / number. Note which items are stored in which mobile storage unit if you are using more than one.
- Plan your packing - store items that you need to access most often at the front.
- Distribute weight as evenly as possible throughout the mobile storage container.
- Pack heavy items first and store beds and sofas on their ends to maximise the height of the self storage unit.
- Use boxes of the same size for ease of stacking.
- Store similar sized boxes together to maximise space.
- Maximise furniture storage space by filling wardrobes and drawers.
- Wrap fragile goods, including picture & mirrors, in tissue or bubble wrap.
- Protect furniture legs with bubble wrap.
- Cover furniture with dust sheets.
- Stack chairs seat to seat.
- Dismantle furniture to save space but ensure you keep all the fittings in a safe place.
- Leave the doors of kitchen appliances ajar to prevent condensation.
- Clean kitchen, gardening and sports and hobby equipment prior to storing.
- DO NOT STORE paint, petrol / diesel, flammable materials or aerosol cans in the mobile storage unit.
